The ACCA course is designed to equip you with the technical skills and techniques required to pass examinations. The Division of Accounting and Finance is staffed by professionally qualified accountants and specialists who have a wealth of experience in teaching accounting at all levels, including preparation for the examinations of professional accounting bodies. We are particularly proud of our pass rates at Glamorgan which included rates in excess of 90% for 1.1 and 2.5 at the June 2006 sitting.
The University’s accountancy teaching has been judged ‘Excellent’ by the Higher Education Funding Council. The Times Good University Guide 2001 named us in the UK top 5 for Accounting and the Daily Telegraph recommended us as only one of five universities in which to study accounting.
