Answers

I haven’t pre-booked. Can I just turn up?

While you are welcome to just turn up we would strongly recommend that you pre book. This way we can know how many people to plan for and which course you are interested in. We can also make sure that we have the best tutors there to speak to you at the event.

What time does it start?

Our open evenings run from 4pm to 7pm. You are welcome to turn up at whatever time suits you. A brief schedule of the event will be sent to you about a week before

Where do I go on arrival?

When you book on we will let you know which campus to attend and when and where to go to register. If you are a late booker, or just turning up, there will be plenty of signage on campus to direct you to the right building.

Do I have to pay for parking at the Open Evening?

For open evening visitors, parking is free at our Treforest campus. At the ATRiuM campus, there is no free parking but there are two NCP car parks opposite the campus.

Is disabled parking available at the campuses?

Free parking for disabled visitors is available at each of our campuses. However, we recommend you contact our Student Services beforehand on 01443 654242 or e-mail so we can ensure we have reserved sufficient spaces.

The event is held at the Glamorgan Conference Centre, which is fully accessible for wheelchair users. If you have a disability (other than dyslexia), we recommend you have an informal discussion with a Disability Adviser before attending the Open Evening.
